Fall is one of my favorite seasons in Ohio, but it doesn't last long.
When we do get a gorgeous day, we take advantage by doing what we call a
"leaf ride". Enjoy...
Is that a llama? There were two of those being lead around by some guy on the Lake Placid bike course on race day. Totally random but it was a nice pick up on that horrible climb.
I love fall leaves, looks like a beautiful ride. I was so sad to hear about all the animals that were set free from the reserve and lost their lives there in Ohio. Hope you and your family are safe!
so pretty! I took some photos of the outside of my house, I feel like if we get one really windy, rainy day, the leaves will be gone & fall will be over!
That looks so nice! I can't wait for real fall... we've just had a lot of rain and few actual changing leaves cause it's been so freakishly warm here. Love the llama hanging out right by the fence, too!
Awesome!! Those roads look nice and flat too, I'll order some of them up for around here!! I do love riding in the fall, the only bummer is the season that comes next!
I'm not reading the comments but how many reference Napolean Dynomite and Tina?
And I'm just slightly jealous of the pics you, Kevin and Matty have been posting of all the fall colors. If you ever want pics of sh*t brown and bright green let me know b/c that is what we have.
That is beautiful country to ride through. I love getting out on leaf rides, October is certainly my favorite time to get out there and get those slow enjoyable miles in.
So glad you're able to get out there and take advantage of the short fall season. It's that way here too. We usually get a few days where the leaves are pretty and the sun is out and then we all hibernate for the 10 months of rain. =)
Wow! That red bush is.....ON FIRE!
ReplyDeleteIts my favorite season too.

ReplyDeleteI love, love, love fall runs/rides! I just wish the pretty leaves stayed around a bit longer.
ReplyDeleteThere are a few alpaca farms along some of my routes, but I've never seen them as close to the fence as the llama - jealous! :)
